Our Services

Noxico International manufactures custom sportswear, teamwear, and promotional apparel — including cutting, sewing, sublimation, screen printing, and embroidery — for sports clubs, schools, academies, businesses, and corporate teams. We operate on a factory-direct, OEM/ODM basis with no minimum order restrictions, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.

Quotes & Orders

All quotes provided by Noxico are estimates based on the specifications, quantities, and artwork submitted at the time of inquiry, and may change if these details are later revised. An order is only confirmed once:

• You have approved the final design, colours, sizing, and specifications in writing
• Any required deposit or full payment has been received
• We have issued written confirmation of your order

Noxico reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including where specifications cannot be produced as requested.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted per unit or per order and may vary based on fabric, print method, quantity, and complexity of design. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due prior to shipment
• Prices are quoted exclusive of shipping, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made in the currency and via the method specified on your invoice

Late or incomplete payment may result in delayed production or shipment of your order.

Samples & Design Approval

Where a physical or digital sample is provided for approval, bulk production will only begin once you have signed off on the sample in writing. Once approved, the sample becomes the reference standard for the full order. Minor variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture between the sample and bulk production may occur due to the nature of manufacturing processes, and are not considered defects.

Production & Lead Times

Standard production timelines are provided at the time of quoting and typically begin once final design approval and deposit are received. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, fabric availability, customization complexity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.

Shipping & Delivery

Noxico ships orders via air or sea freight depending on your location, timeline, and order size. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Ownership and risk of loss for your order transfers to you once the goods are handed to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Quality, Defects & Returns

We inspect all orders for quality prior to shipment. If you receive goods with a genuine manufacturing defect, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the affected items, so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate. Because our garments are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference, sizing chosen by the customer, or approved design/colour decisions.

Cancellations & Changes

Order changes or cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once production has started, deposits become non-refundable, as materials have been cut and customized specifically for your order. Changes requested after production has begun may incur additional costs and extend the delivery timeline.

Intellectual Property & Artwork

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, artwork, trademark, or design you submit to us for production. By submitting artwork, you grant Noxico a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order. Noxico retains ownership of its own website content, templates, and marketing materials, which may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxico's total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or event delays, arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
